Jamie McVay brings 8 years of insurance experience across operations, sales, and agency leadership. His background includes owning and growing a successful P&C agency, where he led teams, managed complex accounts, and developed a reputation for disciplined execution and client advocacy.

Jamie specializes in commercial trucking insurance, with a strong focus on helping owner-operators and fleets navigate coverage, compliance, and operational risk. His experience spans building scalable processes, improving client outcomes, and aligning insurance strategies with how trucking businesses operate. He is particularly passionate about simplifying insurance, improving compliance positioning, and helping carriers present stronger risk profiles to underwriters.

Throughout his career, Jamie has been driven by problem-solving, efficiency, and integrity - values that now shape FleetGuard USA’s mission to serve the trucking industry with transparency and trust. He believes the best insurance outcomes are created when expertise, process, and people work together.

Outside of work, Jamie is a husband of 28 years, a proud father of two (plus a great daughter-in-law), a sports fan, beach enthusiast, and Wally’s second-favorite human.

A graduate of Lafayette College, Brian grew up in a family where insurance, underwriting, and loss prevention were everyday conversations - giving him an early understanding of how coverage decisions impact real businesses.

Based in Charleston, Brian combines industry credibility with approachability, making him a trusted resource for trucking companies seeking straightforward guidance in an often-confusing market. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, newborn son, and their dog Murphy, and can usually be found watching lacrosse or enjoying a classic comedy with his family.
